    $2.99 is wrth the effects and the super over imposing effects.

    it is a very nice app with a lot of effects. And effects on top of effects .

    my fave is the changing colors part.

    very impressive new set of effects and over effects (ones that can overlay the base you have) like you can have close and farther away with stretch or wiggle.

    and a picture that is colored that is composed of images of itself in size you choose ... from fine (best) to big (harder to see what it is).
