    Hi, you can already do this with many effects in the latest update of the app. Press the arrow to expand the toolbars, then tap the adjustment icon (with two little sliders and knobs) at the top. With some effects there is a little rabbit icon at the bottom which you can use to adjust the speed.

    What number effect are you interested in? I’m not sure what you mean by single ripple.
